PRIVATE SESSIONS:

Cancelations or reschedules up to 72h prior to the session - No charge.

Cancelations between 72h to 24h - 20% of the session price fee.

Cancelation 24h to 3h prior to the session - 40% of the session price fee.

Cancelations in less than 3h or No show - Full amount fee, no refund or reschedule.

WORKSHOPS AND SHORT EVENTS & RETREATS:

For workshops and events that are less than 1-day long, you can transfer your ticket to someone else but the ticket is Non-refundable.

2-7 DAYS RETREATS & TRAININGS:

Deposits (Secure your spot tickets):
Deposits are non-refundable. The full amount must be paid one month prior to the event.

​Full-price ticket:
Cancelations up to 2 months prior to the event will be refunded 70% of the amount paid. Cancelations between 2 months and 1 month prior to the event will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. Cancelations later than 1 month prior to the event will not be refunded.

​Event cancellation made by us:
In case the cancellation needs to be made by us because of natural or political issues you are entitled to get a full refund (100% of your ticket money back).

We do not take responsibility for other costs involved (including other hotels, transportation, and/or flight refunds).

All retreats and trainings tickets have a 72hr cool-off period. 
Any request of cancellation within 72hr will be honored with a full refund minus 5% of transaction costs.
